How can we help?
Navigating DealerVerse
In this knowledge base article, we will take a high-level look at the different modules within the DealerVerse application and what they are used for. We will take a closer look at each module and all the features in them in other knowledge base articles.

Clients
The Clients module is used to add and manage client entities in DealerVerse. In this tab, you will be able to see the Company and any sub-accounts (clients). There are 5 sub-tabs within the Clients module:
- General Info – This tab displays the name, client code, contact information, plan & pricing, and billing information of the entity selected.
- Branding – This allows users to add a business logo, select the top 2 brand colors, and choose the manufacturers they sell.
- Integrations – As seen in the set up process, this tab allows users to see any current connections to social media or paid ads accounts & make changes.
- Users – Here you can view, edit, remove, or add new users to the account. Users may be limited based on the plan selected.
- Change History – Changes in financial info, users, vendors, or clients will be logged in this tab along with the dates, times, and users that made the changes. *This is only viewable to users with the appropriate permissions.
- Clients – This tab displays all of the client information that was nested under the company. Users with the proper level of permissions will be able to edit the information and add new clients. *If a client was initially selected instead of a company, this tab will not be visible.
Budgets
- Budget Overview – Since the budget is referring to paid ads, this module will become frozen until a digital media fee has been added. Once added, users will be able to add a gross budget and notes about the budget and ad spend. *This is only viewable to users with the appropriate permissions.
- Client Budget Overview – This view is what the client’s users will see upon logging in. It will show the gross amount of ad budget as the true gross minus the fees, so the client’s users will not see the fees being subtracted out.
- Change History – As with change history in the Clients module, this tab displays any user changes, but specific to the budget module. *This is only viewable to users with the appropriate permissions.
Creative
- There are no tabs in the Creative module, only 2 buttons: “Create Project from Scratch” and “Create Project”
- Create Project from Scratch – This is used to create graphics that don’t fit within one of the pre-built templates within DealerVerse. It allows the user to select their own dimensions and add any elements they prefer.
- Create Project – This tool is used to customize pre-built templates for common website graphics (e.g. home page slides or new car specials) to advertise monthly incentives and promotions.
Campaigns
- Campaigns Overview – This is a robust analytics and management tool for your paid ads accounts. Ad budgets can be paused or started from this tab.
- Campaigns Insights – In this tab, individual ad campaigns can be viewed and controlled.
Social
- Manage Social Posts – A calendar view of social posts scheduled throughout the current month. Can be displayed by month, week, or day
- Social Posts Overview – Social media posts that have already posted will display here. Posts can be filtered by social media platform.
- Manage Social Posts – Only a user with a “Social Approver” role can view this tab. It is used to review scheduled social posts and accept or reject them.
Reports
- Executive Summary – A PDF report that aggregates data points from Google Analytics, Google Ads (if applicable), the lead sources tab, and the eblast tab.
- Leads – This tab allows users to add lead sources and then enter data points for each month. Lead sources and numbers will aggregate into the Executive Summary.
- Eblast – This tab allows users to add KPI data for up to 2 email blasts sent each month, as well as to upload an image of an eblast. This data will also aggregate into the Executive Summary
Specific functionality will be discussed in each individual module knowledge base article.
