About managing users: Only Self Service Admins can manage users in a Dealerverse account.
User management by role:
Self-Service Admin
Best for the main owner of the DealerVerse account.
- Access to all users
- Can view all clients within company.
- Able to send invites
- Can update user roles
- Full access to Budgets
- Full access to Campaigns
- Full access to Creative Module
- Access to Social Module
Self-Service Account Rep
This role is best for the account representative in charge of the specific client, which are always in contact with the client.
- View all users.
- Able to send invites to budget approvers.
- Can’t update user roles.
- Full access to Budget Module
- Access to Creative Module
Self-Service User
This role is best for the Search Engine Marketing Team, which will be incharge of creating and managing how their campaigns do against their budget.
- Able to view all users within each client.
- Able to view..
- Can’t update user roles.
- Full access to Budgets
- Can create and edit Campaigns.
- Can create creative projects.
Budget Approver
The budget approver role is for external users only able to view and approve the budget the Self-Service Account Rep sends them.
- Able to view Monthly Budget
- Able to Deny and Approve Monthly Budgets
